Shooting earrings

At Koek Juwelier you can have earrings shot safely and professionally. You can choose from different materials, such as surgical steel, gold-plated surgical steel, titanium and gold. This gives you the opportunity to choose earrings that are both stylish and suitable for sensitive ears.

Before the earrings are shot, we first mark the place where the hole should be made with a special marker. This is carefully discussed with the customer to ensure that the location is exactly as desired.

We use a specially designed device, an earring gun, to place the earrings quickly and accurately. The earring gun works by shooting a sterile earring through the earlobe, which usually causes only a brief moment of discomfort. Before shooting, the ears are carefully disinfected to prevent infections.

After placing the earrings you will receive instructions for aftercare. This includes regularly cleaning the earlobes with an antiseptic solution and gently rotating the earrings to promote the healing process. We will advise you on the healing period, which usually takes six to eight weeks, and how to best care for your new earrings during this period.

NB! We shoot earrings from 3/4 years. When the child can decide for themselves whether they want it!
